What to Do If Your Vehicle is Disabled, Involved in an Accident, or Impounded

If Your Vehicle is Disabled

Determine what police department initiated the tow and view the information above to see if you need a police release.

Please note:  Due to insurance regulations, no work is allowed to be performed in our yard and pursuant to town ordinance, we cannot put a disabled vehicle onto the street. If your vehicle is not drivable, you are required to tow it from our facility.

Next, contact your insurance carrier to confirm if you have collision coverage. If you do, inform them that your vehicle has been towed to Nick’s Towing Service and complete the Consent Form | Nick's Towing Service. If you don’t have coverage, call us ASAP to find out the amount owed and discuss your options.
